A1. No, registration is absolutely free.
Q2. Why do I need to register?
A2. Once you are registered, you will have your own user name and password which allow you to access the home page wherein you can post a project for free, tell us when you want the project and tell us what is the budget you are offering and when you want it completed.
Q3. How can I place a project?
A3. Once logged into the 1 Search Information you will have access to your own home page wherein you can add a project and get regular status of the project.
Q4. Who is completing my project?
A4. All Projects are completed by 1 Search Information in-house team of experts. We Don't outsource the projects to any third party vendor. All projects posted will be within 1 Search Information.
In some cases we need to have extra manpower to complete the task. That is the time when we recruit Registered Freelancers for additional support.
Q5. Is my information viewable to Freelancers?
A5. No, the information provided by you in our site is not shared with the freelancers.
Q6. Are My Projects outsourced to freelancers or sold to freelancers?
A6. None of the information nor the projects will be placed for auction. All the projects posted in 1 Search Information will completed by 1 Search Information only.
Q7. How can I retrieve my password?
A7. Under the client login please click on the forgot password link and enter your user id and submit the request. The password will be sent to your emailed provided at the registration.
Q8. Can I use a different user id?
A8. No, the email id provided at the time of registration will be your user id.
Q9. How can I cancel the project?
A9. You can email clientmanager@onesearchinformation.com regarding the cancellation.
