Our qualified team provides quality checks on each and every project that is handled at 1SI. We generate reports and reviews on accuracy and speed, conduct quality checks and training at regular intervals from the beginning to the end of the project to maintain our high quality standards. All projects processed by our agents are sent to the Quality Assurance team and the client separately for their ratings. A structured process is followed to obtaining, imparting and utilizing client feedback each time so that the same errors are never repeated. Project planning and control models are in place to ensure TAT (Turn around Time) of a project is achieved every time. We understand data security well to make sure that there are no NC's (Non Compliances). Issues of decimation of information over come with 1SI by signing a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) with the client as required.
